New and returning patients can request an appointment by calling our office. If you have any questions prior to scheduling, our team is happy to assist you.
If glasses or contact lenses are recommended, you’re welcome to explore our on-site optical boutique. Our experienced opticians are available to assist with frame selection, lens options, and personalized recommendations based on your lifestyle and prescription.
Eyewear & Next Steps
When you arrive for your appointment, our team will guide you through the check-in process and begin any necessary testing. You’ll then meet with one of our doctors for a comprehensive evaluation of your vision and eye health.
During your visit, we’ll:
- Review your visual needs and health history
- Perform appropriate testing and examinations
- Discuss findings and recommendations
- Answer any questions you may have
If a prescription is needed, it will be provided at the conclusion of your exam.

To save time during your visit, patient forms may be completed in advance. Please bring any required documents, insurance information, and your current eyewear to your appointment.
